Store Manager

( The Domain & Flagship - Downtown )

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Manage store sales and customer service
  • Assist in hiring, training, and managing qualified Style Associates for showrooms
  • Give direction and feedback to Style Associates on an ongoing basis and complete performance reviews, create opportunity for them to utilize their strengths, and catch any potential issues to correct
  • Develop detailed knowledge base on all mills, customization, and product specifications, and keep up to date on new products and technologies.
  • Address and resolve any escalated customer issues regarding product or service
  • Manage showroom maintenance & accessory inventory
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and a safe work environment
  • Manage events calendar

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelors Degree relevant to the position/industry
  • Direct sales experience – creative & strategic in approach
  • Consumer or Retail Management experience
  • World-class communication and pipeline management skills
  • Prior affiliation with successful customer-facing businesses, preferably in the retail or luxury industries
  • Knowledge and/or passion for the menswear industry and an understanding of the competitive market

Style Associate

- PART-TIME

(The Domain & Downtown locations)

    graphic designer

    - PART-TIME

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Work closely with the Senior Art Director to create consistent brand materials across all channels (site content, emails, affiliate advertising units, social media assets, etc.) Be enthusiastic about expanding your skill set and working on a broad range of projects.

    * Bring a high level of creativity, attention to detail and efficiency while working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously.

    * Work on Social Media assets for cohesive aesthetic across all channels.

     

    Qualifications:

    * 3 years experience with exceptional conceptual, typographic and design skills.

    * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.

    * Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, and  photography.

    * A strong portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual work with excellent execution.

    * Knowledge of digital advertising, high impact media units, and web standards and best practices.

    * Highly organized with a tremendous attention to detail

    * A keen eye for pixel accuracy.

    * Demonstrated experience of highly creative designs for digital.

    *Must live in the Austin area.
